Duties and Responsibilities
- Work on improvement and expansion of the existing customer base
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
- Communication with architectural and construction companies for product presentation
- Provide all necessary information to customers about products and services
- Responsible for collecting all relevant information from the customer in order to create offers (sketches of buildings, addresses, contacts, pictures, etc.)
- Support customers in the preparation and implementation of project and tender documentation
- Concluding contracts with customers and monitoring deadlines
- Monitoring debt collection and implementing sales plans
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and sales promotion
- Daily communication with both the Commercial and Technical Director
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Compliance with ISO standards
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Previous work experience in the same or similar jobs for at least 2 years
- Sales oriented and highly motivated person
- Business correspondence, communication and computer skills (MS Office)
- English language skills (intermediate level)
- Driving license (active driver)
- Ability to travel
